Joseph joined WeTV (previously iflix) in 2020 after spending 8 years in digital agencies working on brands such as L’Oreal Group, Netflix, New Balance, and Converse on content strategy and influencer marketing.

Additionally, with the recent pivot of iflix to WeTV (shifting from Hollywood-focused OTT platform to Asian content-focused OTT), Joseph saw the opportunity to tap into the local market through localization in language and fandom.

Joseph also discovered a newfound passion in TikTok for brands and grew WeTV’s presence on TikTok by 500% in under 30 days. He was also named one of The Drum’s Future 50 (2021).
