Josh Benge is currently the Global Head of Social Media for BrewDog, establishing the strategy and building an in-house social & creative team to keep the brand nimble through massive growth as the company scales internationally.
Prior to this Josh led Brand Engagement at KFC which involved leading the Social Team, Influencer, Partnerships and Gaming strategy. Josh led the launch of the KFC Gaming which is now the leading non-endemic brand in the gaming world. Prior to this he began his career agency side where he worked on the social accounts for Pepsi, Doritos, Gatorade and Mountain Dew.
With over ten years’ experience Josh has led several award winning campaigns including Best Use of Social Media and Best Video Muse awards, Best Social Campaign ROI IMA award, Reactive Response D&AD award, Best Twitter Presence SHORTY award, Best Use of Social UK SMA award and 3 x Cannes Lions for apologising with a swear word when KFC ran out of chicken.
