With over 20 years of experience in the online industry and passion for design and technology, Tal is responsible for leading global FMCG brands' digital marketing strategy and execution to include media, content, social and CRM to drive a business impact. He is currently leading Social Media at Bacardi Group, driving a data-led storytelling for premium spirits brands across all regions, for creating brand love and purchase intent. Prior to that, he was leading digital capabilities in Mondelez International and Kimberly-Clark in Europe, as well as a Digital Producer in McCann Tel-Aviv creative agency and formed two start-ups companies in the video-ad space. Tal graduated Computer Science (BA) and MBA (Marketing).
