Steven Moy

Steven Moy is a hands-on agency CEO who lives by the philosophy “Speed is the New Black.” He has a strong track record of creating high performing teams with new service offerings and strategic acquisition of capabilities. For decades, Steven has worked on large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global brands including McDonald’s, Marvel, Clarins, New Balance and Coach.
Since joining Barbarian as CEO in 2019, Steven has reshaped the agency from top to bottom: Barbarian’s first global office, 9 new clients and 4 new business practices including Consulting and an industry-first alliance with sports media personality Jay Williams. Prior to Barbarian, Steven served as R/GA’s US CTO, Isobar UK’s CEO and SapientNitro’s Regional Managing Director.
Steven is an accomplished speaker at international conferences and bespoke client events (i.e., WebSummit and The Drum Can-Do Festival), where he advises leaders on what’s immediately possible and most valuable in their digital journey.
