Ishbel began her career in social media nine years ago, when she became The Drum’s first dedicated social media executive. After three years learning from viewing and reviewing fantastic social campaigns, she took her skills agency-side.
Since then, she has worked with big-name brands such as Clydesdale Bank, digital bank B, SUBWAY Scotland, Highland Park and Worldwide Cancer Research to deliver campaigns that drive results. As marketing manager for Hydrogen, Scotland’s largest dedicated social media agency, Ishbel is responsible for the creation and implementation of social media strategies across clients.
Most recently, she was awarded the Chartered Marketer status by CIM (the Chartered Institute of Marketing) on the back of her commitment to continued professional development.
