Head of Digital Brand Marketing and PR

Ben Ayers is a marketer who’s been totally immersed in the digital revolution while working for some of the UK’s best loved brands. His career has taken him from Comic Relief to the BBC, the Science Museum, media agency Carat, ITV and, more recently TalkTalk (via the movie and TV startup blinkbox which they acquired). Ben’s passionate about digital skills and diversity and as a dad of two young daughters, has a massive stake in how all this digital stuff works out.

"Although social media has been somewhat elevated in the public consciousness of late, as we get clearer about the framework we want to build as a society we’re also clearer about the opportunities for communications. In 2018 it feels less like the wild west - there’s better understanding of where social ‘fits’ and still heaps of opportunity to do really great work."
