"Social media is no longer the new kid on the block. We now know for certain it can drive awareness, build relationships with customers (new and existing) and most importantly drive cost efficient sales/lifetime value. In a channel that can do almost anything and where best practice can change every few months I'm looking forward to seeing what the best in the business have been busy creating, how they've been innovating and stretching the possibilities of what the channel can do whilst showing true commercial value. I'll be looking at these areas, and how brands are best using insight and understanding of their audience to drive the best results and efficiency within the channel."
